Hello! Please call me “Mimi” (Nope, it’s not my real name, just a cute spin on it.) I’m not Japanese, though my last name is! (It was a wedding gift from my spouse.) I was born and raised in California, right between San Francisco and Sacramento. (You should visit, the bay area is great!) Now I live in Tokyo, which has been my dream since my age was in the single digits. (I’m still waiting on the other dream— discovering that I’m a magical girl.)
