Small idea: Based on the silhouette that pushed the little girl into the bear pit, I'm starting to suspect that Chen was the one who started the task. Another thing that's lead me to believe Chen is associated with Facelift is the fact that Yi was going out with a friend, and she never told Chen anything about being accompanied with a companion. Again, the app knows everything about her and the people around her.
