isn't it just the same artist doing the sketches? and to be fair the story of a weak guy suddenly getting stronger with a kind of "cheat" skill or by being reborn isn't anything new. there are hundreds if not thousands of stories like that. god even movies have not many different stories. the theme is similar, it just depends and differs in how they are doing it and the family/friend situation. even enemies are always there. some jealous, some greedy, some just plain old malicious. get it together and if you still have something you don't like, don't read.
