From what I think, in the previous chapter she booted up the clone and the clone asked for a password. In this chapter I think she said the correct password and as the clone boots up, it sees the CEO (Haru Nakamura) and the other guy (Lucas Kim) leave the room. Then the taller girl sees Minji (the Girl who is Beta testing the clone) and notices the close and she hasn't met the clone so that's why she said "Oh my what is this? An Intruder"
