2/? There was clearly a violent fight, as the MC has sustained injuries and tries to wipe fingerprints off of the very bloody pipe. (Not only do transgender people receive this kind of violence more often than others, but many law enforcement officers have a history of such behavior, and in the US many court cases side with the aggressors.) The words seem to but does not definitively indicate that this isn't the first time that the MC has received inappropriate or violent treatment.

1 of? MC is transgender, (probably either trans man or mostly male non-binary, hence the chest binding,) and has a mother who needs mental health care, (can't tell yet whether it's schizophrenia, bipolar, or what, but definitely abusive AF.) Since I forget whether pronouns were established, in going to use they/them. Before this episode starts, the MC either went to or was walking by a bar, where they had to tell a guy not to touch them. The scene begins in what appears to be near the exit of a storm drain, where water would pour out. Either the handsy guy forced the MC to come here or the MC was found after trying to run and hide.

4/4 A roil of emotions and possibly dark thoughts, along with probable panic, cause the MC to flee, leaving Schrodinger's rapist behind. Whether or not he is dead now, he will probably be dead by the time he is found, because he doesn't seem well enough to leave.
tinguu: “Schrodinger’s rapist” killed me lmao

3/? The MC at first seems to think that they have killed the would-be rapist, then either hears or imagines cries for help. I cannot tell whether the MC has a mental breakdown after killing him in self-defense, or whether his real cries for help lead to a crisis. Partial list of things that could cause such a crisis: 1) deciding to prioritize safety over a rapist's life, 2) worry about safety after he recovers, 3) worry about being harmed immediately, 4) shock he is not safely dead, 5) PTSD from this or prior trauma. I cannot tell whether the question/s about identity are: 1) directed at the man as a distancing technique, 2) directed at the man in earnest because the MC suddenly doesn't remember them, (several mental health possibilities,) 3) directed at something going on in either memories or imagination/hallucination.

In case it's difficult to understand the last 3 panels: I think that the white line snaking into the crosshatched shadows is blood, and in the one before running, that is the MC's reflection on a lot of blood flowing on the ground.
