ok... so i think i got the gist. 1. there was a war going on 2. veno was supposed to marry our hibari's mom; however his mom slept with veno's best friend, tsuki, while he was away at war. 3. by veno being forcefully injected with his best friend's, tsuki's, blood by tsuki himself; veno turned tsuki into a lower class 4. tsuki chose to give veno his blood so that veno could live 5. because hibaris mom cheated on veno, veno cursed hibaris parents with giving up their child to him in recompense AND 6. a dark self can only have one child every 100 or 1,000 centuries mix that with vampire blood, only one child AT ALL
