  If anyone's confused about the story, it's okay. This is because the story is still introducing the characters. All we know is that there is a doctor, and he mysteriously finds a girl. Although, something seems wrong with the girl. She's wounded and doesn't seem to like speaking. This is all I know from the story. Hope this helps ^^
