The *only* way she could have survived a jump like that was if she had had a parachute, had parachute training. Her safest bet would have been to remain in her seat, follow the saftey instructions the crew gives prior to take off, let the plane absorb the shock & then made her way to the ramp/flotation devices planes carry for such a situation. Had she reported to the crew, there is *more* that could have been done. Had crew abandoned the plane already & it was being blown up, then she probably made the best decision she could have at the time. However, she still would have died. Gravity + Speed = Force. For every action there is an opposite & equal reaction. Fall from that speed & height makes water concrete. Concrete + Fall = broken body = death.
