Oh god no. This reminds me of a similar one I read where the FL was tormented by the ML. That the woman who transplanted the heart was the friend of the FL and it was revealed that the FL didn't litterally take her heart but the FL's friend was gonna die and wanted to help her sick friend (FL). but that was revealed after the FL had a child with the ML but the FL was dead at that point. I remember that the last scene I saw was how the ML was holding their child in his arms standing next to the FL's grave in tears and regret. That's all I remember tho. I couldn't read anymore and wanted to cry myself and just forget it. Now when I finally got it as forgotten as can be THIS reminded me of it :(. I just hope this isn't a remake of that manga I read some time ago (over 2 years at least)
