There are 7 differences: 1. in first picture earring of the man is missing and in second it is present 2. in first picture mole near the eye of the man is missing and in second it is present 3. in first picture there two big buttons in the coat of the man while in second one big button is missing 4. the colour change of the button of the hand selves from red(i think) to yellow. 5. the change in the colour from black to white of the lace of the selves of the female . 6. the change in the colour of the lipstick from lighter to darker. 7. hair strand of the man is missing in the background of female.
