omg I got it I solved the casr, it's David the one who killed Laura. he is a doctor or what ever but he must have done some kind of thing to make him lose his memory by crashing the car. I panict as soon as I noticed it all came into peace. and also he said that there was a missing peace of Laura's face Wich means that he must have touched her while removing the pepper spray off her hands of at least he needed that peace of meat to find the bodies DNA because her face was destroyed.
Copper Mouflon: well, a lot of evidence seems to be pointed at David, so it's not farfetched at all to assume he orchestrated everything...
