This is based of that kdrama where the ML fell in love with the FL a long time ago but knew she wouldn't give him the time of day unless she had a reason. So he faked her leukemia and made it so he was her only viable donor. Then he proposed marriage and they married. But like in all lies they get found out eventually then 2years later she finds out and she is like how could you do this to me. By then they had fallen in love. But she felt betrayed and that there whole relationship was built on a lie so she divorced him. But in case you are wondering it does have a happy ending it just takes a while to get there. He puts her through a lot along the way though. Stay till the end you won't regret it. 😀
