i think it's not like the ml not able to feel anything. he definitely cares about the fl. he also worried about her although he's not sensitive and not good in reading people's mood. maybe he just doesn't understand what he feels and can't express his feeling well. something really traumatic might happen in his childhood which brought his current psyhological issue.
