Description

Not a good way to motivate somebody by saying something like that. Working with people who talks behind your back and says they hate you, just doesn't sit right. I know they said that to improve and work harder, but that isn't the way to go. Especially when she's already been downgraded and stressed out. Also, like I said, nobody wants to be surrounded by people that hates you as a whole like that.
