At least 2 grammatical errors in this. "How's" is the contraction of "How" & "is". "How's is" is "How is is" only works if the second "is" is short for Isabelle, Isabella, Isaiha, etc. "Is" has to be a name for "How's Is" to work. The other was: "Temporarily Rest". Temporarily is an adverb. The tense of Temporarily does not fit here. It's something that is done in a finite time period. Temporary can be an adjective or a noun; Temporary is a word describing the type of Rest; therefore "Temporary Rest" fits better in this situation. If the doctor said, "She needs to rest temporarily" that would be correct usage of temporarily. Temporarily usually comes after "Rest Temporarily" while "Temporary" stands by itself as a noun or comes before a word as an adjuctive (descriptor) word.
