I think that..Since the Vahana apparatus is linked to his mind directly, his subconscious may have conjured the Uncle (this makes sense to me because he sees his uncle as a demon 👿)

ok so i might be able to explain like me see so his friend or what ever gave him this sort of vr game as said in the description of the comic. He started the game and answers the question then press submit to start the game when when that thing show up my guess is a sort of for shadowing for a later on threat idk. but let me say this im still try to process this so correct me or tell me what you think cause im just try to make sense of this strip
