Ryouma 's sister opens a restaurant and one day some thugs came in their store to eat her food and left without paying. Ryouma and those thugs ended up fighting using knife as a weapon. During the fight some mysterious guy threw in a can of beer, and made those thugs lose their balance and lose the fight. They ran away. It turned out that a man who helped Ryouma is an old man. When Ryouma thanks him, that old man challenges him for a knife fight. He introduced himself as a principle from Ajikari Academy. Ryouma's sister doesn't want them to fight but turned out the fight is about who is the fastest one that can peel an apple. The old man said that if he won, Ryouma must do what the old man said. Ryouma lose to the old man and now he has to enter Ajikari Academy. Ryouma's experience with various kind of food is about to start from now.

Yagami-kun's Family Affairs follows Yūji Yagami, a high school student with a problem: his mother, Nomi, looks very young and Yūji has a crush on her. To complicate matters, his high school homeroom teacher is also infatuated with her due to how young she looks. Nomi is oblivious to all of this and is head over heels in love with her husband, Yōji, and frequently displays this affection very publicly, which causes more embarrassment for Yūji. Yūji's high school friends constantly tease him about his "mother complex". When Valentine's Day comes around, though, Yūji receives a box of handmade chocolates. The name on card can be read multiple ways, the most common way being Masayuki Ikari (五十里 真幸, Ikari Masayuki?), a male name, so his friends tease him throughout the day until it's time to meet the person who sent the chocolates at the front gate after school. The girl who sent the chocolates (the name is actually read "Mayuki") starts meeting him after school so they can walk home together, and they eventually become an item. The remainder of the story follows Yūji and Mayuki as their love grows and as Yūji works to resolve his "mother complex" issues. (Source: Wikipedia)

Atsuki is really good looking, and everyone is jealous about Moriko that she lives in the same house with him. However, regardless of his good looks, Atsuki has some odd quirk that can make people's speechless sometimes. He is quirky, random and simple minded but he is also intelligent at the same times. Atsuki loves the story of Sherlock Holmes. He likes anything that sounds exciting and intrigue him as an interesting case, this always cause him, Moriko and Moriko's freind-Hikono to get involves in mysterious cases.
